AI

AI is not a project. It is becoming the layer your company runs on.

The companies that learn to redesign their processes around AI now will gain a lead that is hard to catch up with later. That is not hype. It is what I see happening inside my own companies.

How I see it

AI is not a separate software product you buy on the side. It is becoming a structural layer in almost every organisation: in marketing, operations, customer service, data and decision-making.

The gain is not in the technology itself, but in the integration. An agent that actually sits inside your reservation system, your accounting and your customer contact changes how a company works. A chatbot next to it changes nothing.

Specialists do not disappear. They become directors of systems that do the production work. From hours to value.

What I build myself

I experiment inside my own companies first. Restaurants, agencies, real estate: every business provides real problems and real data. What works stays and gets developed further.

  • 01Customer service and reservation agents
  • 02Voice and WhatsApp agents
  • 03Marketing automation and advertising data
  • 04Finance dashboards and KPI monitoring
  • 05Data warehouse across multiple companies
  • 06AI-assisted reporting
  • 07Internal knowledge agents
  • 08Process automation and workflows
  • 09Recruitment and onboarding
  • 10Content production

From internal to product

The pattern is always the same. A company produces an operational problem. Software or AI solves it. A solution that works internally is then brought to market as a standalone product or service.

For other organisations

What works inside my own companies, I gladly share with entrepreneurs who take AI seriously: from strategy to working agents, workflows and integrations. Not advice on paper, but something that runs. Have a challenge like that? Send an email.

Building something interesting?

I am always interested in meeting entrepreneurs, investors and people building ambitious companies. A business that can do better, a participation, a partnership: send a message.
